Biography
Stéphane Hébert is a technician at INNOV with decades of solid experience in composite materials. He worked for nearly 30 years at Ovatek manufacturing rigid liferafts, including more than 20 years as production manager, developing in-depth expertise in manufacturing, production organization, and composite product finishing.
His career also includes several years of experience in the manufacture and finishing of fishing boats, allowing him to master demanding processes in industrial and maritime environments.
At INNOV, he uses his technical skills in mold design, finishing, and the use of specialized equipment to support advanced materials projects and assist in the creation of prototypes and customized industrial solutions.
