INNOV—Territories

Positioning

INNOV–Territories supports communities, municipalities and businesses in the sustainable management of their natural environments and green infrastructure.

Our teams combine environmental sciences, geomatics, spatial data and citizen engagement to design more resilient and better-informed territories. Each project aims to support data-driven decision making, ecosystem preservation and integrated territorial planning.

What We

Currently Do

Our teams combine environmental science and geomatics to design resilient regions and facilitate data-driven decision-making in the field of land-use planning.

Environmental and Territorial Planning

Support for the development of natural asset management plans (NAMP), ecological inventories, and the integration of sustainability into land-use planning.

Geomatics and Spatial Analysis

Processing and mapping of geographic data (GIS), remote sensing, photogrammetry and hydrological modelling.

Wetland and Ecosystem Services Assessment

Over 160 assessments conducted using the WESP-AC method, including conservation and restoration recommendations.

Carbon and Organic Soil Accounting

Measurement, monitoring and mapping of natural sinks to support carbon neutrality initiatives.

Hydrological Monitoring and Water Quality

Instrumentation, connected sensors (LoRaWAN), monitoring of flows, turbidity and nutrients.

Nature-based Solutions

Integration of ecological approaches in watershed and infrastructure management.

Citizen Engagement and Public Consultation

Participatory workshops, co-development of management plans and dissemination of results to local communities.

Training and Knowledge Transfer

Introduction to applied geomatics, interpretation of interactive maps and use of environmental data.
