Alaidine Ben Ayed, Ph.D.

Biography

Alaidine Ben Ayed is a senior researcher at INNOV, where he leverages his expertise in artificial intelligence and data science to develop advanced solutions in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0. He holds a PhD in cognitive computing from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a master’s degree in computer science from the Université de Moncton, and has a solid background in research, software development, and teaching.

Before joining INNOV, he worked as an artificial intelligence consultant and software developer, while gaining significant experience in university and college teaching. His approach is distinguished by his ability to translate complex concepts into solutions that can be applied in an industrial context.

At INNOV, he contributes to the integration of AI, advanced analytics, and generative AI into production environments in order to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and support companies in their digital transformation.
