Il est titulaire d\u2019un Master II en biochimie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Yaound\u00e9 I (Cameroun) ainsi que d\u2019un DEC en Techniques de laboratoire et biotechnologie du CCNB \u2013 campus d\u2019Edmundston. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est impliqu\u00e9 dans les analyses de maltes et d\u2019orges, le brassage de bi\u00e8re, la production de whisky, le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 des boissons, ainsi que l\u2019analyse des m\u00e9taux lourds et des nutriments dans les plantes.
