He holds a Master II degree in biochemistry from the University of Yaound\u00e9 I (Cameroon) and a DEC in Laboratory Techniques and Biotechnology from the CCNB \u2013 Edmundston campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is involved in the analysis of malt and barley, beer brewing, whisky production, beverage quality control, and the analysis of heavy metals and nutrients in plants.
