She holds a master&#8217;s degree in food science and a bachelor&#8217;s degree in biochemistry from Laval University and has expertise in biogas production, bioprocess optimization, and product development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her work focuses on the recovery of co-products and the transformation of industrial agri-food waste into value-added products.
