He has a dual background in aeronautical engineering and international business management. He began his career in the air force before going on to manage projects and operations in the aeronautics and manufacturing sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also contributed to the structuring and management of a social sciences research institute within the academic community.
